Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders that are currently in stock and available for pickup will be ready for same-day pickup after 4:00 PM.
In-stock orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 2–4 business days after processing.

Pre-orders 

All Raw hair orders are considered pre-orders, regardless of current inventory availability. If your selected item or length is not currently in stock, please allow approximately  7-10 business days for processing before shipment.

Please note that during holidays, promotional periods, and sales, additional processing time may be required due to increased order volume, factory delays, shipping delays, and custom orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping times may vary based on the carrier and are outside of our control.
